Miami is a huge disappointment, couldn't even beat the freakin' Jags. It's way more than just the QB, that coaching situation is screwed up. They may have to reboot again...

According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.
