    Coachwatch 2021

so which Head Coaches might be moving on after this year (if not during)?

I have to think that the Vikings ownership is getting impatient. team seems to be going backwards.
after the 3-0 start the Broncos hit a reality check Sunday. wouldn't be surprised to see a change there, esp in that tough division.
"Nothing stops these Baltimore Ravens. Beat them, injure them, shove them to the bottom of the standings, drag them into a hostile environment and mount a big lead, and they just keep trudging forward like nothing fazes them." (Bleacher Report)

[congrats Browns on beating the Steelers and making the playoffs]

I'd say our friend in Jax should be on the list - he may even quit

Not sure if Culley is a one year rental in Houston while they clear Watson off the books and get a plan, but wouldn't surprise me

I’d say Meyer’s already cleaned out his office so all he has to do is grab his car keys and go

Meyer's excuse was that he stayed behind in Ohio because he wanted to see his grandkids after the game? So his wife, kids, and grandkids were all there watching while a 20 something girl gave him a lap dance?

Brian Flores (they shouldn't but I wouldn't put it past MIA)
    Bill Belichick (retirement only)
    Urban Meyer (for reasons mentioned)
David Culley (after one year - because Texans)
Vic Fangio (if DEN falls apart)
    Andy Reid (again retirement)
Mike McCarthy (if DAL falls apart)
Nick Sirianni (after one year - because Howie Roseman)
Joe Judge (might be taken out alongside Dave Gettleman who is definitely gone)
    Matt Nagy (top candidate)
    Mike Zimmer (another top candidate)
Dan Campbell (either he goes too far with his comments or the Lions go 0-16 again)
Pete Carroll (is it retirement only? Does he have that hall pass?)
"I believe the state of Football has made defenders timid... we know the rules are implemented to help the NFL offense score points because people tend to like when touchdowns are scored... You'll watch a great game and the game will be 10-10 going into the fourth quarter and people will be like, 'I'm bored'."

My predictions in order of likelihood:
Jags (no way Meyer makes it to a second season)
    Bears (Nagy most likely gone)
Vikings (Zimmer might be the new Marvin Lewis)
Broncos (we'll have to see how they perform the rest of the season; for now Fangio can ride the injury excuse)
Titans (there's too much talent on that team for them to be performing so poorly)
Pittsburgh (doubt this actually happens, but clearly this team is in shambles)

If the Steelers realize it's time to rebuild, then it all depends if they think Tomlin is the right coach to lead the next incarnation of the team.
