    Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

    That's what worries me about Queen. We're waiting for the light bulb to turn on and it never will. You can be an athletic freak and be good in college, but that won't work in the NFL without some football smarts.

    He's the one guy who gives me hope cause when he was here, he looked just as lost as Queen does now. Maybe Queen needs a simpler defense?

    IMO, he just doesnt have a nastiness to be an ILB. These other young guys are ultra violent and will smack you in the mouth. I get that his is super young, but cant teach aggression. I wonder if he would be better suited as a weakside LB in a 4-3.
