This is a perfect setup for a letdown game. I think the Ravens play a mistake filled game but manage to squeak by the Lions.

    Ravens 24 - 23

    Ravens 41 - 27 Lions

Hockenson has a field day, but Lamar has an even bigger one

bold prediction: Lamar has a perfect passer rating for this game

Does this thread need a re-visit after losing 4 defensive players today?

I’d say so, still going with the Ravens but things got a bit more interesting today

Ravens really don't have let down games or trap games. Never been the case, especially since Lamar took over.

42-10. I think the Ravens let up on the Lions in the fourth quarter. With all the injuries and Covid inactive I do not think the Ravens will let up on anybody this year. Come to play and do you job well is their mindset. LJ runs for 90 and passes for 275. Then next week he turns it on when IR guys start coming back.

'You get a little sick to your stomach': Defending Lamar Jackson an uneasy task for 0-2 Lions :

" How in the heck do you stop the Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson?
“I wish I knew that, but I’ll tell you what, we’re sure going to give it a hell of a try,” said Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn.
They [the Lions] know they face an uphill battle going up against Jackson, who enters Ford Field with four straight games of 80 rushing yards -- the longest such streak of his career as well as the longest active streak in the NFL.
“That’s the key for us. It’s how do we get them in third and long? It’s easier said than done. I think our offense is going to have a huge part of this if we can find a way to get up on these guys and put a little more pressure on them, getting in some third and long, if we can force them into more known passing downs, that will help us. But that being said, these guys [the Ravens] will run it.” "

Is LJ still questionable for the game?
