Pro Football Rumors are reporting that the Ravens are signing Chris Smith

Chris Smith is making another stop on his AFC North tour. The free agent defensive end has agreed to terms on a one-year deal with the Ravens, his agent Drew Rosenhaus announced.

I guess they are still waiting out Justin Houston. They signed Chris Smith but I doubt he is more than a camp body.

Houston may want to avoid camp as much as possible...... If he's in shape I don't I think the team necessarily cares...
