That was back when boxing was in it's hey day. Sugar Ray Leonard was so fun to watch. All of those boxers that came out of the Olympics with Sugar Ray Leonard were great to follow. Of course that singing performance came from the "No mas" fight where Roberto Duran quit fighting, which was disappointing to all boxing fans. Better times, that's for sure.

Yep and he was reportedly paid in advance of the fight, an estimated $10 million, which today is about $34 million, win, lose or draw.
