    We did private and Catholic schools for our 3 kids. It got expensive, but it was either that or I was going to wind up in jail for seriously hurt somebody else's kid.

    I see it becoming less and less of a requirement as many businesses are seeing them as useless.

    A lot are doing "or X number of years equivalent experience"

    And I thought I saw some republicans wanted to remove it as a requirement for a federal job but I can't find anything on it right now.

    Good point. We are doing the same thing at the company I work for. I told our recruiter to remove it from our job postings. I think practical experience is far more useful in most industries than a college education.
