  1. Much love for Jimmy Smith! Raven for life!

If it wasnt for all of the injuries during his prime years, who knows how good he could have really been.

    One of my favorite Ravens.

If it wasn't for all of those injuries, he would've been an All-Pro for sure. But still, he helped the Ravens win a ring and has been a damn good corner and leader on the defense.
    Let's win the f**king game.

I've always been a fan of Smith. Injuries are injuries and it's a shame when they happen, but Smith has always been solid, provided us with some already great memories, and has always rehabbed his way back. If he doesn't go down in 2014 we probably win a third superbowl. I'm always happy to have him on the team.

You ain't gonna wear another team's uni Jimmy... Bc

Jimmy is one of those players that was born with Ravens DNA. Him and Webby, though oft-injured, really carried the CMac torch on "the Ravens way" to play in the defensive backfield. I'm glad Jimmy's never going to put on another team's uniform. I'm still struggling to get over the Ed Reed Texans years...

Until one of these young bucks show they can do what Jimmy does and pushes him off the roster, that is exactly what the Ravens will do.

Whenever I see a statement like that though, it picks the Q scab a little bit...

Boldin says he’ll retire if he’s cut by Ravens

Jimmy Smith's open field tackle in OT on Trindan Holiday in the 2012 playoff game vs. Denver is one of the most underrated plays in that Super Bowl run.

Well, if it helps, that was really more like the Ed Reed Texans months. He barely got a single season in with the Texans and Jets combined.

Yup. Jimmy's tackle pinned the Broncos deep in their own territory. One of many memorable plays from one of the Ravens' most memorable games.

Well, to be fair to Boldin, he didn't lie. He was traded, not cut.
