Old Logo flying B vs Current Raven Head

NFL approved alternate helmets today for teams wearing throwback uniforms starting in 2022, per league sources. This opens the door to the defending world-champion Bucs wearing the old white helmets with the orange swashbuckling Buccaneer as early as 2022.

This is the only logo I really miss from the first couple years. This looked slick on the jersey sleeves. Heck they are still on the end of every seat row.

Ray's OTHER great play agains the Chargers, the one that opened my eyes to Ray Lewis (and assured we never heard of Tyrus McCloud again).

From 1997.
Ravens at Chargers.
Stan Humphries to Eric Metcalf for 62 yards.
Ray Lewis on the chase and tackle.

I remember watching this and thinking, "How is that---buh, buh, but that's Eric Metcalf. Linebackers aren't supposed to catch Eric Metcalf."

Coincidentally enough, I thought of this play when another Metcalf, DK Metcalf, did something similar on Sunday Night Football at Arizona.

Agreed, love this logo. I wear my 90's Boulware jersey with this logo on the sleeve every game. I don't want any changes to what our current logos are, but would love to see this one incorporated more. It's all over M&T and is a perfect fit for the brick, steel structure
