Yeah. I felt the sting of ageism until I realized advertising is just a really shitty industry. No training, not benefits, no appreciation. If you are a phoney bs'r you end up with a stake in the agency. If not, you age out so they can hire five 25 year olds to do your job. Now that I'm in the right place, and appreciated, it's a world of difference.
