    Re: Todd Gurley visit

I think he's just trying to get some interest so he can press the Lions to pay a little more. If there are 2 teams showing interest the agent can try and make a case for more. It doesn't always work as Dez Bryant found out but that's what I think is going on

I do not understand what the Lions are doing at RB. They've already got Jamaal Williams and D'Andre Swift plus they drafted one in the last round. Are they hoping to recreate the Rams magic with Goff and Gurley?

If he wants to be a camp body/insurance for injury for cheap, sure why not.

Dobbins-Edwards are 1-2. Hill is going to be active on gameday because of STs.

Doubt he'd be active at full healthy if we carried 4 RB.

Is Gurley a more proficient RB than Hill, YES, but that's not what we need from our 3rd RB. Hill is an OK late game option, he can return kickoffs, and is solid on STs (10 tackles/7 solo/1 FF). That makes Hill somewhat more valuable than a veteran RB who would co$t more and may never get his hands on the football... Bc

    Re: Todd Gurley visit

Think this may be an attempt from Gurley to get a higher bid from another team (Lions). Gurley is originally from Baltimore. So right player right price maybe… but just based on name and how the situation is up in Detroit, I think that’s the best sport for him.

I'd be for it if it is for the right price and he doesn't take away many carries from Dobbins and Gus. He could be decent enough to fill in for an injury to one of the other two

Ooooh I thought you meant the deal was done.

Yeah I tend to agree with you.
