Just returned from 2 weeks in OC. Our daughter dislocated her shoulder while surfing and ended up in the ER.

Then the next day, she saved a life. Saw a little kid getting pulled under & OCBP wasn't on duty yet. She's taken 5 summers of OCBP training, so that kicked in; she swam out and pulled him in on her surfboard. She then found the kids parents, who were SLEEPING ON THE BEACH My wife & I watched the whole thing from the balcony. We're really proud of her. Rips really bad while we were there.

Heading back in 2 weeks after all the Seniors run out of money or get locked up

    Happy Friday!

Getting the sprinklers turned on today in Colorado. We "should" be in the clear for no more snow until fall/winter.

Guys weekend at the beach. Weather is sketchy, but not at work. Golf tomorrow.

Went to the Fun Run parade tonight. It is a parade featuring old cars driving downtown. It was awesome to have big crowds back and be in a big event. Heading to the beach tomorrow as that officially opened for the summer. It’s supposed to be over 90 degrees tomorrow up here.

I spent the afternoon watching turkey vultures swoop through my yard, plucking cicadas out of mid-air. That alone was a wholly entertaining and narly sight.

Then we took the kid to the Baltimore Co. Gay Pride event at Oregon Ridge, site of Ray Lewis's epic training runs. It featured a BYOB painting class.

I guarantee no human in the history of mankind has had a similar day.

Finally got our pool almost sand free for the first time in a couple years. Found a rechargeable pool vacuum that doesn't require the filter.
