Two TE sets with Ertz and Andrews with Bateman at X and Hollywood at Z... with Dobbins in the backfield and the threat of Lamar taking off it would be extremely difficult to defend that offense. Don't forget Ertz had 900 yards in 2019 with subpar QB play. I would sacrifice a vet edge rusher to get a deal done with Ertz if I had to.

The Ravens should move heaven and earth to bring ERTZ in. Andrews, Ertz and Boyle - and the wide receivers they brought in - along with Dobbins, Edwards an Lamar would make us unstoppable. Hell yes go get Ertz

Ertz still under contract with the Eagles unless there is breaking news I missed. He doesn't qualify as an answer to the question. He's due $8.5M after a down year with injuries. The Ravens would have to trade for him. And given all the options, I ain't doing that.

Just because Ellis weighs 330+ lbs doesn't mean he's an effective NT. He was getting pushed down the field or on his butt last year. Wolfe or Casey can stuff the run better than Jelly Ellis.

Thought he played well last year especially in the game against The Titans when The Ravens didn't have Brandon Williams. If The Ravens could get a upgrade at the backup NT position then that would be great but right now Ellis isn't a guy I think The Ravens want or need to cut in favor for Casey. If Brandon Williams had to miss a game or two I don't think Casey or Wolfe would be ideally backups more than Ellis would.

i came in to say this. Don’t the colts play a lot of cover 2? i feel like that was a bad fit for Hooker and he could potentially flourish here as a center fielder like Earl Thomas was supposed to be. Low risk either way I believe.
