  1. What will Lamar's deal look like?

Now that the draft is over, the biggest off-season topic has to be Lamar's next contract.
Based on what you've seen from Lamar so far, what would you consider a reasonable deal for Lamar?

    Similar to Mahomes
"Those corners...and those safeties are going to be one-on-one... and we got to make them pay for it," Harbs

"I think he’d be[Lamar] the greatest player in the history of the game,” Young said

7 years, $42 Million per year, $100 Million guaranteed, $50 Million signing bonus,

    How's that for a guess

    Spotrac estimate $42.7 M / year.

It will look like tequila bottles, cuban cigars, strippers, a bugatti or two, ocean side views, private jets, etc

5/205-210m extension. I think this is one of the easiest mega deals they ever do because of Lamar.

Lots of 00000000000. Question is how long will it be for? My guess is 6-8 years, maybe even ten years. The longer the better for a cap number. But the real truth is how real will all the years and numbers be? Back loaded contracts all seem to kill you in the last few years. LJ is a risk for injury but not that great of one while he is young. I expect a 6/220-240 contract is about where it will end up. But that will only kick in after his fifth year option. Don’t forget how young he still is. He won’t be 30 until after the next contract. People say running about or mobile QBs don’t last but Doug Flutie was about 40 before he was done. LJ could easily last until 35-37 and that’s ten plus years from now.

Lamar opts to go with $17 Million per season, so DeCosta can keep the team around him in place.

    $1 Million per game.

    A man can dream, right?
