Gonna take me some time to get over passing on Jenkins but I’ll be able to get on board with this soon enough

Not thrilled, but I'll root for him hard AF. He's part of the fam now.

Double bonus is maybe this buys us a brief respite from ALL. THE. WHINING.

I'm happy. Most of this board and the fans as a whole have been frothing at the mouth for a WR all offseason so I don't really get the bitching in the other thread. It's been clear this is the only way they are going to get 'that guy' while running the offense they do. Gotta keep taking shots until you get it right. Hopefully him and Hollywood give us a good pair over the next few years.

We have a legit WR core now.

Bateman is an excellent outside target who is strong and capable of making the exact catches the Ravens need. Bateman highly complements both Hollywood and Watkins with his skillset and will likely become yet another favorite target for Jackson to throw toward. Now, the Ravens offense boasts three NFL-caliber wide receives, a top four tight end and a dynamic duo at running back. Watch out, NFL. The Ravens are bolstering their offense even further.

If he can just agree this is enough we can all move on with life. I’m ok with this solution.
I too need to work on getting over passing on Jenkins. Drafting him in a minute would go a long way to solving that problem.

    10) Rashod Bateman, WR, Minnesota
One of “my guys” for the 2021 class, I have been on the Rashod Bateman hype train since week one of last season where I thought he was obviously the best player on the field. Bateman has good size at 6’2″ 209 pounds, but he utilizes that size by combining it with impressive explosiveness and route running. He also has some of the best hands in the class and is quietly an impressive YAC threat.

Matthew Valdovino with PFF had Bateman as the #10 overall college prospect going into last season.
