I got the one-dose J&J shot on April 5 and no side effects. I had tested positive for Covid on Feb 23 and didn't get back to work until March 23, even though I tested negative on March 10.

The people I talked to who have had issues with Moderna have all been with the second shot. Basically like having the flu for a day or two. Just plan accordingly with work and life if necessary. Not everyone though.

I get my second Pfizer Tuesday.

But I just heard today that Pfizer thinks we're all going to need a third shot as a booster in a year. And maybe every year.

BTW, blending topics here—COVID and investing—I bought a handful of shares of Moderna a year ago and it's doubled since then. I feel a bit guilty profiting off of life or death situations. But hey, buy 'Merican.

It hasn't been much warmer here in God's Country. Maybe +10º over your Cow-centric weather.

But we did have a spate of mid-70's weather a week or so ago and apparently that was enough to trigger morel season. I went foraging today and found some early risers, with more to surely come in the next couple of weeks. Here are the three yellow morels from today's foraging...
