Nonsense. The level of play has gone down. Games in the early season are basically pre season games. Technique is sloppy. The players may not care because they work for the Golden goose of sports, but they are not as good as they could be

On top of that you get a Brady who isn't going to slack and he may maintain his dominance for years to come.

The Ravens and Lamar need to have a solid plan in place regardless of how this plays out with the player association.

Selfishly I want the voluntary practices to happen.

But if they don't the Ravens and Lamar need to have a great and detailed plan in place.

Exactly. I mentioned in the other thread I've seen players tweeting guys to show up and get their bonus. They're encouraging them so they don't feel like they're crossing the line when they show up. May be a little odd with two or three guys working out but ...

This is the worst-case scenario for the Ravens. They really needed Lamar & the pass-catchers on campus working on their timing and reads.
