    So sounds like one could work out at an outside facility, but needs the club to authorize it first?

    So it seems the players have decided they need to show up and work out to help keep their jobs. Some teams at 90 percent. There may be a new union President next year.

    The players union could really push the issue. Players could go ahead catch the giant waves of Australia during hurricane season or whatever tickles their fancy during the offseason courtesy of the NFL ... well not really the NFL ... it would cost a huge chunk of money from salaries to pay for it. This was a huge mistake for the NFLPA.

    Strong turnout for the ravens. 80 players including Lamar showed up for OTAs beginning today.

    I think that OT in Denver who snapped his Achilles got a lot of guys who were on the fence to get their butts to their team's HQ for OTAs.
