Re: Official 2021 RSR Mock Draft - Lively Discussion
The draft's moved onto sumthingobvious' back to back straight-to-consensus picks (unless he's here).
Going into the draft Edge and CB were two of the Falcons biggest needs. They haven't drafted a corner at all and only took Edge late in the 4th so my suggestions are Tay Gowan at CB and Adetokunbo Ogundeji at Edge. I think they're both surprised he's still available type players.
What do you all think?

Re: Official 2021 RSR Mock Draft - Lively Discussion
Good picks, but I'm going in a different direction (offense) : RB is quite a need, as Mike Davis is their starter, so I'd go Khalil Herbert (Kansas - 4 years, then Virginia Tech in 2020). He's only 5' 9" - 210 lbs, but was a productive RB at both colleges. His last year @ VT was his best with 1,182 yards on 154 carries (7.7 YPC) with 14 TDs.
The Falcons also need help on the O-line, so I'm picking OT James Hudson (Cincinnati). This BIG guy is 6' 5" - 315 lbs although a "project", he's material for a starter. NFL.com "Raw but athletic with big, strong hands and the potential to get substantially better with additional technique and strength training."
OK, so QtR picked 2 defensive players while I picked 2 offensive. Just food for thought for the person making the final Falcons decision to chew on... Bc
