With Clowney signing, Ravens still have options at pass rusher with Justin Houston and Melvin Ingram.

Ravens won't be signing a UFA until after the draft when it doesn't negate a comp pick for 2022.

I don't think Clowney changes their chances of winning much though. He'll compete with Takk McKinley and Cleveland will probably still draft somebody.
