Why can't blacks get voter ID's? Dems say you can't and it's suppression. Thats only one example. There are constant signs of underhanded racism in the dem party.

One thing that has really bothered me is that there seems to always be one confederate flag at Trump events but how come there's always only one? Steve King definitely was there for a little while, but definitely the example I was thinking of for visible racists.

Examples of what? Both parties suck, no reason to support either of them. There are plenty of examples of how much they both suck. All black communities aren't bad, lol. Certain parts of certain areas are bad, but there plenty of thriving black communities across America - some notable places in and around Atlanta, Washington, DC, New York, Houston, Dallas, Los Angeles, and even certain areas in and around Baltimore.

A big part of the Democrat platform is to use identity to divide along political lines. Hard to escape it when so many people think that’s how it is.

People should be voting on ideas. That’s really it.

True, but only to an extent. Years ago, both sides decided that "wedge" issues (gun control, birth control, abortion, gay marriage, etc) were more important than economic viability, which is all most people really want. Then both sides dug in. Meanwhile, the middle class was gutted, jobs shifted overseas and 30 years later, we are worse off than we were. The only constant in that equation is that the wealthy (NOT rich) actually acquired more wealth.
