But what we call "Free Agency" is when contracts run out and the new league year starts. And that part hasn't started yet.

Not sure what the question is about Jim. But I do think this will be a very interesting FA period and a lot of surprise cuts as teams shed contracts to adjust to the lower cap.

Seems like every time something like that leaks it never really lives up to expectations.
