You are going out of Your way to defend democratic presidents getting into unauthorized wars. There were authorizations for use of force for iraq and afghanistan. Congress now uses the war powers act and that was invoked. You should really ask yourself why you beed to twist and turn in an attempt to make the dems look better.

If you have a target for a drone strike you dont really have time to go thru congress and it'd be very susceptable to leaks which would kill the element of surprize.

As for presidents who have been in power of acts of war they're all f'n INO's that includes both Bush's.
