It's all about rewarding their TDS supporters one last time.

I know I'm not a high-falutin lawyer with a sweet DC gig, so I'm a deplorable piece of shit who doesn't have the right to have an opinion on anything but I'm confused:

    1) How do you impeach a man from an office he no longer occupies?

    2) If it's an impeachment trial, where is John Roberts, as the Constitution is crystal clear that only the Chief Justice can oversee an impeachment trial?

    Any thoughts?
    1. Supreme Court did in fact rule that it's constitutional in the 19th century. Think it was for Grant's Secretary of the Interior? Beyond removal from office, it does take away things like the pension and security allowance right?

    2. Fine question.

Corny, but we'll give you a star for your participation anyway chum. However, with movie theaters still being shut down and all, that probably wouldn't be a bad option. if my neighbors were even half as entertaining as some of ya here perpetually whinging, crying & coping still. Would be excellent viewing.

That's cool. I'm a fan of corn from time to time. Have you ever eaten Mexican street-style corn? It's delicious. I highly recommend it.

I believe the senate said it still had jurisdiction and carried out the trial (not convicted), not the sc

Mexican street corn is amazing, the cheese they use on it....wow. Mexican street corn is infinitely more interesting than this impeachment

I find a pecorino cheese combined with butter does a good job of mimicking it.
