Weren't Ingram, Griffin, and DAT the first cuts?

Maybe a prediction: if the Ravens sign a free agent it will be a cut player.

Oh right - I was counting from after the Super Bowl. I should probably include Ingram. (Griffin and DAT were free agents anyway)

I can see the Ravens cutting Brandon Williams and then trying to re-sign him.

Not official yet, but Tyrell Williams will be cut.

    https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...rell-williams/

    Cap savings: $10.6 mil

Raiders would still be $8.94 over the cap, per OTC

Re: The COVID Cap Cuts Thread

I don’t think Ingram’s release had anything to do with Covid

Also RG3 was cut due to the fact that he couldn’t play when needed due to injury and McSorley and Huntley played well.

JJ Watt, no longer a Texan.

    https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/t...layer-of-year/

    Cap savings: $17.5 mil.

    Team cap space: $3.305 mil.

They need a little more in order to trade Watson which will cost $5.66 mil under the cap.

Steelers are showing interest in Watt. Yeah okay. Have fun adding even more cap liability.
