Re: 2021 Draft TE Prospect Preview?

Tremble was rated #1 blocking TE by PFF. Could go anywhere from 3rd to 5th range

My favorite is Tremble, but I'm also high on Brevin Jordan because he can really be a problem in the seams. His YAC is off the charts. Versatile and athletic enough to run bubble screens. I don't see him much as an inline guy, which is the reason why for us I have Tremble higher. But if I wanted a guy to line up in space and tear up the seams, and sometimes line up at the H Spot I'd take Jordan all day.

I would give the TE they IR last year. He has had a year in the weight room and a year in our meetings. Unless a solid TE dropped j to their laps after FA I would give the young guys a chance.

    Jacob Breeland?

He is still in the mix along with Tomlinson and Eli Wolf. Behind boyle and Andrews

Josh Oliver too. It's probably more likely than not that one of them emerges to take the TE3 job, so the Ravens might not draft one at all.

If they did, Tremble would be my choice. Good blocker and good after the catch too.

Brevin Jordan ran a 4.64 in the 40 during his Pro Day workout at UM on Monday afternoon.

I expected a lil more juice from Jordan in the 40 but 4.6 is still fast for TE and keeps him in line with all the other Ravens 4.6 TEs Andrews, Hurst(gone), Oliver (conditional trade guy)

This will be my pick. He fits what the Ravens do perfectly. We really don't need a blazing TE. We just need one who is athletic with quick burst. He would be perfect to bring back the 3 TE set.

I wouldn't count on Boyle being TE2. He wrecked his knee and wasn't that athletic to begin with. Who knows if he will be back to full strength and if he's not, I'm not sure he could be effective, especially in passing game. I would also be wary of potential PED use trying to get back to pre-injury since he has that history as well.
