All I know is he was projected to go much higher before the injury and the Ravens thought enough of him to give him a year to rehab without cutting him loose. We'll see.

I'm sure they'll still draft a guy but..

The Ravens are re-signing TE Eric Tomlinson to a one-year, $1.015M deal with $125K guaranteed. The deal qualifies for the veteran salary benefit, with a cap charge of $875K.GM Eric DeCosta continues to chip away on roster depth before free agency.

moose, you may be thinking of TE Jacob Breeland, Oregon. His stats are below :

" He was having a breakout season for the Ducks with six TDs through six games before breaking his leg. Healthy now and joining a team that loves tight ends. "

IF Breeland is healthy, he will make us all forget about Hayden Hurst.
He is a better receiver than blocker, but Tomlinson was re-signed as insurance for Boyle.

    Boyle
    Breeland

thoughts on Yeboah? He's a little raw for me and not sure he will ever have speed or quickness. Not as good a blocker as he should be at that size IMO. But he does have good contested catch ability, just have to temper it with him being in that Lane Kiffin offense. He's gonna get stats.

Originally a Gamecock transfer... Cary Angeline, TE NC State will play in this league. He could add more muscle but he has good hands and length you can't coach. Hope he gets a serious look from EDC's crew.

I like Quinton Morris from Bowling Green.

6'4" 235-240lbs. More of a receiving threat than blocker. Good hands & deceptive speed.

Im hoping Breeland is 100% healthy and he's our 3rd TE. I think his potential is unlimited.

I am in your corner too. Breeland's injury may turn out to be a Ravens blessing (?)

    I hope so... Bc

Yes, that’s the guy. If he’s ready to go, they’re not drafting a TE.
