I imagine you spend a lot of time alone laughing hysterically as you rock back and forth on your couch.

I would recommend spending some time learning simple English.

Then after you improve you could try reading the Constitution.

Good luck with your studies, little buddy. You're going to need it.

    I love this wording:
“Insufficient evidence exists upon which a reasonable jurist could conclude that the 45th President’s statements were accurate or not, and he therefore denies they were false.”

Why don't you tell the class what you think that means.

So they have agreed that they aren’t truth.... good we cleared that up.
    Of course it’s protected.

Just because you disagree or don’t like it doesn’t mean it violates the 1st amendment.

Just because those who are saying it may be misinformed or uninformed doesn’t mean that it violates the 1st amendment.

If he didn't, he would likely have a second term, well, except for the blatant vote manipulation he still might have.

But who gets to determine what is fact and what is propaganda. MSM?? They lie constantly or mislead by omission.

Limiting free speech in this way is a pure communist tactic. That is why the left is pushing this bullshit narrative of truth vs. Free speech as only the left can determine what is fact. The right adheres to the Constitution

As a society we have major issues with no common truth. Something needs to be done.... Do we need to hold our politicians and MSM up to a higher standard? Do we try and follow science? (Science is not a left or right thing, it’s just science).

Science is a method to understand the natural world.

There is not some great thing we can turn to called science and ask it what is true. We ask scientist l, who just like the media and politicians are human beings capable of lying and /or making mistakes. Just two weeks ago Faici said wearing 2 mask was common sense, now he says it won’t make a difference but might just make you feel better.

Plus, how will science tell us when there is election fraud or not (for example)?

Science told us how to determine the sex, based on chromosomes.

Now that science isn’t relevant anymore because politics changes science.

It’s just a matter of time until science tells us what politicians need it to say.

Science is becoming a marketing tool
