• The Corey Ivy story in Baltimore is an incredible one. Ravens players call him a little warrior and he sure seemed that way Sunday. The 5-9, 188-pound Ivy, who is an important special teams player and the team's third cornerback, suffered a torn kidney in a game a month go. He missed three games. The injury was so scary the Ravens had to stop a flight home and take him to a Pittsburgh hospital. Ivy had three passes defensed Sunday, an interception and forced a fumble on a sack of Ben Roethlisberger that was returned 57 yards for a touchdown by Adalius Thomas. The funny part of the story was Ivy was diagnosed in Pittsburgh by one the Steelers' team doctors. "Actually, the doctors in Pittsburgh told me that I might have to sit out the season," Ivy said. "I immediately called my athletic trainer here in Baltimore. He said, 'Don't listen to them. It will be four to six weeks.'" Ivy made it back even faster than expected.
