So disrespectful of Harris. Last offseason Lamar got to work with him he won the MVP. 36 tds to 6 picks, 113 rating. Do you remember that? YouTube clips jesus

Don't we already have James Urban coaching him up? What the heck do we need Jordan Palmer for

He can't just do what James Urban tells him to do? But on his own? By now Lamar should already know how to train

Even Tom Brady still works with a mechanics coach in the offseason. You can never stop learning and never outgrow direct hands-on teaching in any sport

Tom Brady and Peyton Manning never stopped working with coaches and trainers in the off-season.

    Coaching matters.

Stanley and a 1st or 2nd round pick will.

Lamar absolutely has to refine his mechanics, he doesn't have an Andy Reid or Sean McVay that will mentor him through the passing game. LJ is going to have to make these strides on his own with an independent contractor like Palmer in the offseason. It sucks but it's the reality of the situation. Perhaps if the Ravens front office knows he's working with a guy like Palmer it will spurn them on to actually get him a WR.
