Here is another blatant example of the racism that black coaches in the NFL have to deal with on a regular basis. Even from the media. White coaches get the privilege of "parting ways", while black coaches are fired....shameful.

I think the fact we are focusing on microaggressions is a sign that things in this country in general are good.

I also think it's sign that people who rely on racial grievance for political purposes or to put food on the table are having a harder time finding prey.

It's like the fracking of racial grievance mining.

Naw we're still focusing on racial inequality at large, but it's always good to stop and look at the small thorns along the way.
