Getting ribbed is all good, there's a ton of stuff that I actually repeat ad nauseam that I'm surprised I don't get ribbed for.

But, being honest I gotta say that getting ribbed because other posters decided to flame, troll and attempt to shout down a thread got old. Especially since that thread experiment began long before they started posting in it and has some great discussion.

Ya think Boykin would come on and be a guest?
How many weeks until we got him, do you think?

I'm not sure he could fit it in to his busy media schedule, unfortunately.

I'm glad to see that I didn't manage to offend both of you with that one.

I know. That's why I was hoping I hadn't offended him (or ed).

So, they’ll spend less time on the run concepts?

You can only offend Ed when the barb is too good. Like when we first started calling him Ann Arbor. He put me on ignore for that one since I started it. Others had already been calling him John’s brother.

According to Spencer from Baltimore Beatdown, whenever he's seen practice they're spending more time on pass plays than on run plays.

    You call Ed "Anne Arbor"?

I don't get how it's a question whether to list players who get targets. Maybe the person who sent me that is new.

    Exciting epilog!

Today I got this email from sports-ref:

Sorry for letting this stay open for this long but we eventually made the change so that players who were targeted without actually recording other stats show up in the receiving table anyway. Thanks for the note.
And lo, Eric Tomlinson is now in the season-box for the Ravens. One target, zero receptions.

A happy result, I think. Incremental progress.
