You know what "develops" players. Time. Reps. To expect them (as 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th rounders) to be thrown into the fire year 1...or 2 and be a finished product is unrealistic.

This will never be a pure passing offense as long as Lamar is QB, and that is fine. The sooner you accept this is when you stop being angry we don't have three 1000yd WR, because it isn't going to happen. We need to have the most EFFICIENT passing game, not the most voluminous one. We had it in 2019, and we can have it again as long as steps are taken to rebuild the Oline to what it was that year.
You mentioned reps. When are they going to come into play?

Which is why I'm surprised not to see that back-shoulder throw from Huntley to Boykin at Pittsburgh in the vid.
Yeah, 'drops' can be up to the eye of the beholder. Imho, there shouldn't be a wide delta between the available drop numbers/drop opinion. Imho the delta exists because some people are using a different standard then the standard grading/coaches would.

Hey, do you mind if I use some of your numbers (TEs) from this thread in my short on filmstudy?

In practice. Over and over and over again. 4 days a week. Pretty sure they run routes too when on the field, even if the ball isn't thrown to them. Reps reps and more reps.

    discounting shorter, uncatchable passes.

Quarterbacks with Accuracy Ratings above 6.0 are considered highly accurate, and those below 4.0 are considered highly inaccurate.

I would actually listen to that, though perhaps not all 124 episodes.

I hope you know my comment was meant in a spirit of friendly ribbing.
