Surprised on Lynn... the NFL'll muzzle Stephan A. on this... pet franchise and market... means minority hires in Detroit and Jax. Choose one Bienemy... I'd take Detroit.

Urban to LAC, the Jax play by his agent worked. look for it.

Lot of rumors swirling of Cam Newton going to the Bears.

I agree. Caldwell is a decent coach. I could see him in LA.

The Chargers do something right and it wasn't the cheapest way to do it? FFS these truly are end times!

@RapSheet: Source: The #Chargers and coach Anthony Lynn are parting ways, despite four straight wins to end the season.

what about Andy Dalton, he's played well enough to be considered for one of these roles and he's made it clear he has no desire to return to Dallas as a backup

Caldwell could make Herbert even better. That's actually a Golden move if they make it.

I'd be really interested to see Bienemy with the Chargers. I think they could do some really damage with that offense.

Ok, if Nagy wants Cam and it's not the GM Ryan Pace advocating this move, then I've changed my mind on him. lol

Even if Cam is going to be the backup, why not draft a young QB who can push Trubisky and take the starting QB job from him when ready.

Right move by the Chargers. Way too much talent on that roster to be floundering around below .500. They couldn't afford to squander anymore of Herbert's rookie contract.

I haven't seen any requests yet for Roman or Martindale. Maybe we can get another year out of both of them. I'm not even sure which team with a coach vacancy would hire either tbh even though both are deserving.
