If a player tests positive this week and there is a 10 day quarantine period how does moving Thursday to Sunday help the ability to field a somewhat competitive team situation?

We've been discussing in another thread, but the delay isn't about competitiveness. It's about ensuring the outbreak is contained and the team isn't playing with a bunch of guys who are contagious.

Don't normal games start at 1 or 1:05?

So, yeah, you'll be able to see the last 2 minutes of the Ravens game, when the game you're watching is over.

I've watched Ravens streams this year and when the TV game is over, they've switched to the Ravens on TV. Expect there's a good chance that'll happen.

It’s on NBC. Will conflict with nothing happening game wise on CBS and Fox. Will be 3 different games on for some during that 1 o’clock window.

Some Steelers have been bitching because they also had a game (and their BYE) moved due to COVID.
Don't think they're upset that they've collected every paycheck though.
MLB players lost approximately 2/3 of their 2020 salaries.
Many ordinary folks have lost jobs, all or part of their pay.
They'll have to learn to live with a little uncertainty as they spend their multi-millions. I guess "into each life some rain must fall"... Bc

So far everyone I’ve talked to or listen to is fine with the decision to postpone to Sunday

So there will now be 3 games televised simultaneously in the 1:00 slot on Sunday. For those interested, in addition to the Ravens-Steelers game, the other games televised here in Baltimore will be:

Tennessee at Indianapolis
(Cleveland at Jacksonville in south central PA area)

Arizona at New England
(NY Giants at Cincinnati in PA and DC area)

The late game on Sunday will be:
Kansas City at Tampa Bay
