I think you're right. The NFL would rather Bisciotti & Dick Cass suited up, than let that timeslot go. Covid could force their hand, but it would have to be more than 4 players.

We'll see what contact tracing does.
Probably even more than 4. There’s a reason squads were expanded for this shit show of a year. They won’t cancel/move the game unless we have an outbreak. If it’s just a couple of guys, we are going to get the short end of the stick.

That would potentially mean moving 2 primetime games. Remember, the Ravens play the Cowboys the following Thursday.

Yikes....Did Trace McSorley end up practicing Friday? I saw he was initially listed as a full participant on Friday. I wonder...

This is going to be a really interesting challenge to the NFL's protocols: A marquee matchup in a prime time spot. Are all scheduling decisions really made with healthy and safety first?

I just realized that after I posted my comment, so I'm leaning towards the Ravens being forced to play Thanksgiving night even if that means the entire practice squad gets promoted to the 53 man roster.

Best case scenario is an injured player but that's not likely.

No they just care about their ratings.

Sunday gives them enough time to clear any close contacts. I'd think that's more likely than Monday, and the Cowboys game is then not impacted. All eyes on who the players are and who they identify through contact tracing.

Yeah it’s not worth jumping the gun until they say who it involves.

That would take away the Cowboy's Thursday game as well.
