Waller converted so why can't Dez? Ditka is only an inch taller and is a HOF tight end.

Delanie Walker is shorter and so was Aaron Hernandez. If Dez isn't fast enough for WR these days we should give him a go there at TE. He actually asked the Cowboys last year to try him out there

I can see Dez active, but because a roster spot opened with Boyle's injury.

I like the idea of Dez converting to TE like Waller, but no way it would happen within this season and on the fly. He would need at least an offseason dedicated to learning the TE position.
