    Exactly.

One thing reading social media has to taught me is that few people, proponents or opponents, know what socialism is.

I'll respond to these later today cuz I got busy but Evo Morales said this today "It does not matter who wins. The North American people vote, but do not rule. Transnational corporations rule."

Whether you're a righty or lefty, it behooves everyone to recognize the system in which we live does not recognize or care for the needs of the working class. It needs to change.

It definitely does. People need to wake up and smell the coffee. We're being played like a cheap fiddle. As long as they control the media, they keep people divided and not paying attention to what's going on.

    What does that even mean?

For example, I assume you're a conservative. Your core principles lead you to believe that (on the economics side) that small government is the way to go along with the free market solving a lot of the issues we face. You believe that lowered taxes allow the individual person or family to make decisions for themselves as opposed to the government stepping in.

That is not how the republican party actually operates. The republican party actually believes in corporate socialism (along with democrats as well). The vast majority of the tax breaks given only help corporations. When corporations are in trouble, your tax money is used to bail them out. It's exactly why the stock market can thrive as millions of average working class people lose their jobs. It's why republican politicians were caught up in gross insider trading in regards to the pandemic and STILL were reelected.

Until Republicans wake up and focus first on electing representatives free from corporate influence as opposed to just "owning the libs," they'll continue to get shafted.

The Democrat and Republican Party is actually similar in many ways in the way they throw up tons of nonsensical red herrings with social issues to distract from issues that actually affect our pockets and way of life and the fact that they are all corporate stooges.

For example, Republicans would have you believe the blm organization leader being a trained Marxist actually has a huge effect on your everyday life. I guarantee you more Republicans are worried about that than the government constantly expanding NSA spying privileges while censoring and demonizing whistle-blowers.

Should you worry about activists coming to destroy your town? Sure, maybe. Should I worry about white people randomly committing mass murders? Sure, maybe. But, the fact of the matter is that a white man committing mass murder inside of my church is out of my control. All of my focus and smoke should be for the politicians that routinely ignore the issues that I and the vast majority of working class face.

I love what Andrew Yang said about this (which should be obvious). The Caucasian mass murderer doesn't decide to just pick up a gun and shoot the day of. There are many many steps that come before it that lead to that decision. It makes little sense to sit there and demonize the final step if we can take steps to help the person beforehand and prevent the final step. Obviously this approach isn't popular since it doesn't make money.

The same can be said for riots. The media would have you focus on the final product as opposed to many many things it took to get people in a place where they felt they had to protest and riot.

Yes. The parties are very similar.
Yes the media divides this country
Yes, the media has picked a side (dems)
Yes, inside politicians are corrupt and make rules and laws to benefit themselves and family
Yes, most politicians entire office in middle class, many leave office millionaires
These are all reasons 1/2 of this country supported trump. Because he wasn’t one of the insiders.
This is the main reason both parties were against trump

If you believe Trump governed like an actual outsider, that's on you. I won't try to change anyone's opinion on that anymore

    Im against all bail outs.
However tax cuts to corporations is not ‘corpatist’. Its beneficial to the consumer, hence the individual. Almost all corporate taxes are passed on to the consumer.
Your whole screed is just vacuous bluster

The claim corporate tax cuts are passed onto the consumer is unsupported.
