Is there any way to limit the EU privacy message to just when you first visit the forum?

For some reason it appears on every single page (so if reading a 10 page thread, you will see it 10 times...) which I've never seen on any other website and sadly it makes the forums almost unusable. It only happens on laptop- On phone it's fine.

The UK aren't even (stupidly, but that's another rant for another time...) in the EU anymore!
