Thread: Worst WR List

    Worst WR List

In another thread, looking at the WRs New England is trotting out this weekend....it made me flash back to some of our worst WRs (definition can change per person).

Who were some of the worst WRs we've had - in your opinion.

Create your WR meeting room, w/the worst 5-6-7 you can recall.

You'll win no fabulous prizes & get no cash....but.....a stroll down memory lane can't hurt.

    I'll go with:
    Justin Armour
    Clarence Moore
    Devard Darling
    Patrick Johnson
Lee Evans (who will always shoulder more blame than Billy Cundiff in my eyes)

I'm basing mine on guys I had high hopes for, but gave far less in production

Not quite your premise but it's close and it was an actual lineup they trotted out. 2017 week 7 v Vikings...everyone who registered a catch:

Ben Watson, Chris Moore, Michael Campanaro, Buck Allen, Griff Whalen, Nick Boyle and Mike Wallace and Bobby Rainey.

A hill I will die on- Evans didn't drop it. The DB made a great play. Yea you gotta hold on to it, but it's not like it just hit him the hands or something, like TJ Housh.

Breshad Perriman - I know obvious, but he should lead the list.

Travis Taylor - Had a promising rookie season before getting injured and never developed into anything than maybe a #3 receiver for his career.

Michael Crabtree. Only lasted one season, let go do to performance-not injury, had been a successful receiver in the league, drops, slow as molasses.

2015 after Flacco and Smith Sr went down

    Chris Givens
    Kamar Aiken
    Chris Matthews
    Jeremy Butler
    Kaelin Clay
    Rookie Maxx Williams TE

The 2015 season was total misery.

This thread has a conspicuous lack of Tommy Streeter in it.
