This claim is belied just by the history of this cycle. At a time it appeared politically expedient to jump on board with M4A and the Green New Deal, Biden refused to do both. Despite his campaign looking moribund, he didn't do it.

So now she does? She's a panderer and a flip flopper aka liar. How much backtracking from things they said do Biden and Harris have to do?

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden's pick for his vice presidential running mate, Democratic California Senator Kamala Harris, was ranked as being more liberal than Democratic Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, the congressperson often considered the furthest left within the Democratic caucus.
The government watchdog website GovTrack.us ranked all 100 U.S. Senators with an "ideology score" from 1.0 (most conservative) to 0.0 (most liberal). The score is based on each senator's legislative behavior: namely, how similar the pattern of bills and resolutions they co-sponsor are to other congress members.

"Members of Congress with similar political views will tend to cosponsor the same set of bills, or bills by the same set of authors, and inversely Members of Congress with different political views will tend to cosponsor different bills," the website explains.

Let me say this...as someone who follows the democratic party closely, you will notice a trend. About 30% of the base is solidly progressive when it comes to economic policy, and so if you're running for President, you have to appeal to the base somehow.

If you look at Kamala's history, there is a stark contrast between her actions as a prosecutor and AG, her record as a Senator, and the actual policies she ran on. What clowns like Kamala, Obama, and Buttigieg do is talk up a huge game when it comes to progressive policy, but when it actually comes time to do it, backtrack like crazy. Kamala CLEARLY never supported progressive change before she ran for president, then she talked up a huge game leading up to her run, and then actually ran on non-progressive policy. She didn't run on M4A, she didn't run on UBI, a living wage, free college, nothing. And that is the exact reason she got no votes. She's fake. Period.

If she was the progressive that you make her out to be, don't you think she would've gotten all of the black vote (especially the young black vote)? Bernie won the young black vote by FARRRRR because Kamala is fake progressive bankrolled by corporate interests. She polled below Andrew Yang in her OWN STATE!. People can see right through her.

You have to realize that there is a Civil War within the party. The far left hasn't won anything yet, and so we don't have much power. Obama and Biden constantly brag about how they beat Bernie. They know for a fact that they don't have to give into any lefty policy in order to win. Pelosi and Schumer constantly bankroll primary candidates against incumbent progressives. They hate Bernie, AOC and the left.

Look at what happened at the DNC. AOC is probably the most popular Democrat and yet she got 30 seconds to speak. The only other progressive that got to speak was Bernie and Yang. Yet they somehow had room for a multitude of Republicans to speak. Biden is vetting Republicans for his cabinet as we speak!

He was for it when he was running during the primary. It's the exact gameplan, the dem establishment uses every time. Run as fake lefty during the primary, and then strip away all that stuff afterward.

In the most rational spot: we need to transition away from fossil fuels into better alternatives.

That's exactly what she is. Young black people saw right through her. She's Indian when she needs to be and Black when she needs to be. Who she actually is a standard corporate democrat that doesn't give a crap about working-class people. She put rules in place to jail parents of kids that missed school. And the most obvious thing like I mentioned earlier, she was bankrolled to the gills by billionaire corporates. LITERALLY more than any other Democrat in the primary field. Those are the people she serves.

My two least liked candidates in the Democratic field were Drug War Joe and Harris. She covered for police and prosecutor misconduct while California AG.

So, of course, Biden is who the Boomers want and he picks Harris.

Precisely. There isn't a progressive bone in either of their bodies. If there were, you would see me hyping her like I do Yang and Bernie.
