Rosenstein is a lifelong Republican appointed Assistant Attorney General by Trump. He picked Mueller, another lifelong Republican. Contra the Trump whining, Mueller's team wasn't all Democrats, though it's amusing how Trump (and his supporters) insist many Democrats support Trump while also assuming any Democrat is completely biased against him. The same phenomena happens with minorities.

The Mueller investigation seized more than it spent.
