Does anyone not want to win this year?

We're looking like 2017 Jags. Just need the running game to get going.

Re: Teams identity going forward
Would love to bring Kubiak back in as a run game coordinator after that coaching staff is all fired after this year. Maybe promote Urban or Culley as coordinator if they can develop better passing schemes.

Re: Teams identity going forward
I think it's a bit more than just a few aberrations when in the 21st century, there have been multiple teams who have won that way. But whatever, we have done this to death.
You are right the Ravens best shot at winning this season is by the 15 Broncos formula. I just don't think the passing weapons are there to open the play book and become a SB team with that style for now.
Roflisberger, Brady and Wilson went through this in the first few seasons. Lamar is essentially a more dangerous threat than all three of them, but he just doesn't have the arsenal around him right now.

Re: Teams identity going forward
This is it in a nutshell. There is a way this team wants to win. It’s the same way they’ve wanted to win, since they first started winning. At this point, they have to try and win this way. At the very least, this season. They were able to switch it up during the 2012 playoff run, because the surrounding pieces were good enough for it. Pitta was not as explosive as Andrews, but a more diverse route runner and more reliable pass catcher. Torrey was drawing the safety and Boldin was either drawing the nickel or the other safety. Unlike Andrews, Pitta wasn’t getting doubled, because of the presence of Boldin. Pitta was either up against backers or safeties. Maybe some nickels himself. And when everyone least expected it, Jacoby would sneak behind the defense and catch passes like punts. The pass protection was also better once they re-arranged things.
None of the individual pieces were top 5 or anything, but the collection complimented each other well enough, that if the protection held up, the QB could drive the machine.
This team doesn’t have a Boldin. In theory, they have a Torrey and a Pitta. They have a Jacoby as well. They don’t have a Boldin. Without that type of guy, the individual pieces aren’t good enough on their own.
The pass protection isn’t good enough either.
So, they’ll have to try to win this way. Again, at least, for this season.

I don’t think Hbg is far off. I just looked at the list of Super Bowl winners the past twenty years. At most five went through the playoffs and won the title this way.
