Maybe it's Proto-agriculturalist genes... that were selected for over the last 10 or 12 thousand years... and the traits that would have been advantageous in that environment being harshly selected for by the nature of that emerging society... With traits like conformance, deference to central authority, and a desire to be led offering a survival advantage in the context of a society led by chieftains who killed off those who resisted...
And maybe people like us carry a little more of the hunter-gatherer genome. With questioning authority, defiance, exploration , and autonomy being "in our blood" so to speak.
The differences in people are striking, and seem pretty deeply entrenched.

And there's a thank you email saying that Burisma appreciated meeting with Joe Biden, and thanks for setting it up.
(this was the day before Joe demanded that the Ukrainian Prosecutor be fired as a condition of US delivering aid... which is exactly what Burisma asked Joe for because they were investigating Burisma for corruption of public officials.
There is also apparently a similar email regarding setting up a meeting between his father and an exec from a Chinese Company Hunter was consulting for...
I've heard there's a lot more.. but the NY Post is independently confirming each story before going to print.
Joe Biden is dirty... and they've got the goods on him in a serious way... and it's too late to pull him off the ballot.
They have reaped what they tried to sow. Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of guys.
