Because he.. (the "security guard") pushed him.

Yup. Provoked him with insults. Pushed him when he approached, got slapped for it. Then like a giant pu**y draws his gun. The victim, backing away with a gun trained on his face, uses his bear spray as a defense and gets shot in the face.

Not saying he didn't push him, but can you post where that was said and not be his mother.

It appears he was contracted by Pinkerton, who may not have made sure he was licensed to do that work. 9News says they contracted with Pinkerton for security. Pinkerton says they sub-contracted to another company and are cooperating with the investigation.

Photo 2 in the 10 photo sequence shows the shooter engaged in pushing the man he shot, while the man responds by slapping him.

You are a pathetic little turd.

He was not licensed to operate as a security guard in the city of Denver, and was not legally authorized to carry a concealed firearm.

The police released a statement that if he was operating as a security guard for the event, he was doing so in violation of the law, regardless of who may have hired him.

Or it shows the shooter pushing away the man who stepped into him to slap him.

    Classic Marxist projection.

The subsequent photos in the sequence show the victim retreating by two steps... and the "security guard" reaching into his belt to unholster a firearm...

And with the victim having retreated and held his distance at what looks to be about 8 ft... the "security guard" raised his firearm... whereupon the victim raised his pepper spray.

The "security guard" then fired at the victims face (while still at an 8 ft distance) striking and killing him.

The shooter is being held without bond... and is being charged with murder in the first degree.

The news agency, Pinkerton, and potentially the security subcontractor will end up coughing up millions.... for providing an unlicensed security guard who was involved in and indistinguishable from the participants in the protest.
