The #Chargers had a player test positive for COVID-19 and that player and all close contacts were told to stay home and isolate, sources say. The team learned of this last night. The facility will be open, but all meetings will be virtual.

As of now, the #Giants players sent home were determined to be close contacts — and not high-risk — which means they could be back tomorrow, per source.

not NFL, but Clemson QB and future overall #1 pick Trevor Lawrence tested positive for COVID and must now isolate for 10 days. let's hope he stays asymptomatic or at least bounces back quick.

EDIT: apparently he has mild symptoms, so scratch that bit about hoping he stays asymptomatic...

So if players were in close contact with someone that tested positive, they may only have to quarantine for one day? What kind of science are they using to come up with this policy?

This is the worrisome thing about the virus. Some long haulers can't seem to shake symptoms.
