Not quite sure what that means but it's quite sinister. The guy looks like a serial killer or something so as a visual threat it's quite effective. Should I be worried?

I will say only what I think every time I see a new thread started by the Legend-In-His-Own-Mind whose nym consists of the French word for "arse" (cul) plus the first syllable of the brand name of a vile-tasting OTC laxative (Ex):
