The judge admonished and removed the 4 prosecutors for a meeting with the coroner, calling it "sloppy work". This clears the way for the state district attorney and former DNC Chairman Keith Ellison (a spouse beater) to assume full prosecutorial authority on the case.

In this case it looks like they're being railroaded.

The governor of the state appointed Ellison to oversee the prosecution... but the judge removed the actual prosecutors... inserting Ellison, the state DA... (and a serious political hack) in their place.

I think this move was made specifically to railroad their conviction.

That said, I think you're right. The odds of acquittal or a hung jury are better than 50%
