Two of the three teams that fired their coaches already this year both fired Ex-Patriots coaches. The Patriots media cartel is literally pushing Jerod Mayo propaganda as a top coaching prospect. Who's going to hire him? The third team that fired their coach, they are going to hire a guy who has a ring with 28 diamonds and three rubies? Really?

It was. The Fords are fucking idiots to a one. They should have hired someone that agreed to work with Caldwell. Quinn was hoping Caldwell would falter so he could hire his guy, and he did. Rather than run a competent organization, he preferred to hire his Patriot Pal.

First thing I would have said, no matter what, if I hire you as the GM no way in hell are you bringing one goddamned Patriot assistant. There is plenty of talent to be found in the NFL. The Fords like a lot of people believe there is something special about New England. There is, Bill and Brady. That is it.

I am not sure race played any part, but I have to agree with the Sword, Caldwell was not given as much leash as a lot of white coaches may have gotten.

However, there are just some cases where it has that stench to it.
