Where would you go and why?

    Thailand.

    Cheap.

    Decent weather.

    Good food.

    Safe.

Can get laid about as much as you can handle.

The only downside is you are so far from America.

    Lol, yea...

I actually have recently been reading up on a lot of wealthy elite re-locating to Puerto Rico. They basically get all of the benefits of being attached to the USA, but none of the taxes. However, they give up their right to vote...but at this point there isn't a tremendous amount of value in a vote.

    True.

I was thinking about this the other day. Let's say America continues down this Maoist/Marxist path and it just gets to a point where it's not worth living in the US anymore. Where would you go to continue living a decent life?

Luckily, I can work from anywhere and I'm not overly concerned with earning potential.

I wish Nova Scotia wasn't part of socialist Canada because I'd totally live there....but I like the cold.

I think Ronald Reagan said it best.

He was telling of meeting a Cuban refugee in Florida, and he said to the man, "You are very lucky."

And the man replied, "I am lucky. I had somewhere to escape to. You will not be so lucky."

If the Marxists manage to take over here- and they are very close to it- there will be nowhere for us to hide.

You will not be safe in the Carribbean. You won't be safe in Thailand. Or Europe. Or Canada.

We are the world's last best hope. If we lose here, the future of humanity is very dark and grim.

I recently went to Australia. Climate is like California. Almost like the 51st State, as I can get anything I want. I work remotely, so living anywhere in the world is possible.

Just a bad time zone to watch Sunday day games. Have to wait a few weeks for a gun licence and almost no one owns them.

They will had 94 new cases of Covid yesterday and are tracking towards 0.

That's why I just don't see this ending any time soon and without a lot of fighting.

I think states will secede. I think there will be skirmishes among armed civilians.

Australia might not be bad. That's a long way to move though. :)

    Oh don't doubt it.

    There will be blood.

    And sooner than I thought.

England, probably somewhere in Kent. Avoid the astronomical price of living in London and actually have a front yard.
